Data Safety at DrADVO

1. Device‑local design (mobile app)

• Health data imported into the DrADVO app (including Apple Health Records) is stored on your device.
• DrADVO v6 does not upload, sync, or store your medical records on DrADVO‑controlled servers.
• We rely on iOS/Android encryption at rest and your device unlock (Face ID / Touch ID / passcode).

2. Apple Health & Health Records

• DrADVO requests access only to Apple Health categories you approve.
• Data from Apple Health is processed locally within the app.
• We do not share Apple Health data with third parties or use it for advertising.

3. No advertising trackers

• We do not use third‑party advertising SDKs in the DrADVO app.
• We do not sell personal data and do not build marketing profiles from health information.

4. DrADVO GPT in ChatGPT

• The DrADVO GPT tool runs inside ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI.
• Your conversations with the tool live in your ChatGPT account and are governed by OpenAI’s data‑control settings.
• DrADVO does not receive or host copies of those chats.

For sensitive topics, only share information you are comfortable including in ChatGPT, and review AI‑generated content with a clinician.

5. Exports, sharing, and patient control

• Any summaries or reports you choose to share are generated on your device.
• Sharing occurs only when you explicitly export, print, or send a file.
• You may keep your records in private storage you control (e.g., iCloud Drive or local folders).

6. Privacy‑by‑design alignment

• We follow privacy‑by‑design principles: collect less, store less, and keep control with the patient.
• Although DrADVO is not a HIPAA‑covered entity, we align with key HIPAA concepts such as data minimization and transparency.
